We're a small team of designers and studio potters who kept solving the same problem with sticky notes and half-remembered kiln logs. CeramyCramy is the planning tool we built for our own benches, then decided to share.
Our mission is simple: give ceramic work the planning tools that match how it actually behaves — slow, sequential, and unforgiving of guesswork. No generic to-do list understands what "leather-hard" means to a deadline.
Inside the app, you get studio boards, firing schedule tracking, a clay and glaze notebook, and commission timelines that already account for drying and firing time — so planning stops living in your head and starts living somewhere useful.

CeramyCramy does not collect any personal or usage information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no names, no email addresses, and no location data requested or gathered. Project boards, firing schedules, clay and glaze recipes, commission notes, and any piece details you enter are created and stored entirely on your own device. We do not run analytics, crash reporting, or any hidden tracking inside the app.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, or sold. Every feature — studio boards, the firing schedule tracker, the glaze notebook, and the commission timeline — runs entirely on-device, calculating and displaying your own entries without sending anything anywhere.
All information you enter, including piece details, batch notes, glaze recipes, and firing logs, is stored locally in the app's own storage on your device. CeramyCramy has no cloud database, no remote server, and no mechanism for transmitting your studio data off your device.
The app does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external SDKs of any kind. Your project boards and recipes are never shared with, or visible to, any outside service.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no server-side breach surface for us to protect against. Standard device-level protections — such as your device passcode or encryption — are the primary safeguard, and we design the app to minimize any unnecessary access to system resources.
CeramyCramy does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data collection occurs at all, the app is compliant with COPPA by design, for users of any age.
You have complete control over your studio data at all times. Every board, recipe, and firing log lives only on your device, with no account or cloud backup to manage. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data, and no copy remains with us because none was ever created.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable regulations. If we do, the Effective Date above will be updated accordingly. We encourage checking back occasionally, though our core commitment — no data collection — will not change.
